Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation, and ensure timely preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Assist with line checks, complete prep par sheets, and prepare all required items for the station.
• Open/close the station and perform side work duties each shift.
