You’ll perform opening/closing duties, assist with prep par sheets, and support line checks. Three to six months of related experience is required; teamwork and safe handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.
• Ability to maintain proper equipment temperatures and safe handling.
• Willingness to perform opening/closing and side work duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items to high standards.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Maintain proper station temperatures and assist with opening/closing duties.
