You’ll work with a friendly, energetic team in a fast-paced setting, learning our high standards for food safety and sanitation while supporting opening and closing duties and contributing to a positive dining room atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with quality and speed.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Maintain safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Follow station opening/closing duties and side work.
