California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items with an emphasis on quality and sanitary practices to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

We value a team-first attitude and provide opportunities to grow within a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Three to six months of related experience or training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items.
• Support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Open and close stations and handle side work duties.
• Practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures.
