• Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pastas, sandwiches and grilled items on time and accurately.
• Follow safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.

• Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Open/close station and perform side work duties.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and safe handling.
