California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pasta Cook to join our kitchen team. You will maintain high standards for pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items, ensuring timely preparation and consistency for every guest, while supporting line checks and station setup.

Competenze

• Three to six months related experience or training.

Mansioni

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items on time.
• Assist with line checks and prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for their station and handle opening/closing duties.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain station cleanliness.
