Job summary

Casa Nela is seeking an experienced Pasta Cook to join our Rosemary’s team in the West Village. We value hospitality-driven professionals who take pride in fresh pasta, dough, and sauce execution to create memorable guest experiences.

In this role you will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, maintain quality during busy service, and be available for evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays. Casa Nela offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and cooking fresh pasta in a high-volume restaurant.
• NYC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, shaping, cooking techniques, and sauce execution.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in busy service.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

• Experience preparing and cooking fresh pasta in a high-volume restaurant; NYC experience preferred
• Knowledge of pasta production, dough preparation, shaping, cooking techniques, and sauce execution

• Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
