The Wheelchair Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport terminal in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. This role provides wheelchair transportation and customer support to ensure passengers receive timely assistance from check‑in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim.
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
