Sylvania is seeking a dedicated educational aide to support students with disabilities inside and outside the classroom. You will help implement IEPs, assist with self-help and behavior management, and work under the supervision of certified staff.
The role involves assisting with daily classroom activities, transfers, and safety protocols, with routine collaboration with teachers and staff to support student needs.
Help meet physical and instructional needs of individual students with disabilities inside and outside classroom. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. Work under general supervision of principal and immediate direction of certified teacher.
