Qualifications

• Degree in Linguistics, Pashto Studies, Translation or related field.
• Experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work is valuable.
• Clear, metacognitive communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in Pashto across a wide range of topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failures.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
