Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in closing patent licensing transactions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• JD from an accredited university.
• Active CA bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present evidence of use (EOU) claim charts.
• Conduct and oversee reverse engineering and EOU investigations, including analysis of Internet and network traffic.
• Support negotiation and closing of patent licensing deals.
• Lead interactions with potential licensees across multiple licensing programs.
