We need hardworking, night-owl Partners like you to keep our nighttime crews on track. Your energy and stamina help stock and organize H-E-B shelves while everyone else is asleep. As a Night Stocker, you'll be part of a team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, stocking products across multiple departments, which can serve as a foundation for career growth at H-E-B. Job Responsibilities

Stocking

• Stock shelves, refill displays
• Unload and move heavy products, possibly unload trucks
• Condition shelves and products
• Apply product knowledge with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations
• Work efficiently and as part of a team
• Provide coaching or training to others if needed

Customer Service

• Build relationships across departments
• Assist customers with product location and questions

Minimum Background

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
• Forklift/power jack training provided upon hire
