Microsoft 365 AI Solution Architect (Manager)

EY advises clients to understand, architect, select, and implement bleeding-edge solutions to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on cloud and digital workplace transformation. As an M365 AI Solution Architect, you will design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions—including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365—embedded with client teams to provide unique business and technical perspectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, covering all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet client needs through solution blueprints, design reviews, and cross-workstream collaboration.
• Collaborate with EY digital capability groups to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.
• Drive AI-first solutions that transform client vision into frontier organizations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing service offerings that leverage the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Visual Studio.
• Deep understanding of agile software development and experience working with large enterprise clients on complex projects involving M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, industry LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI risk frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Experience in vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and implementation across the client project lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and with clients and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (MS-910, MS-900, MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, SC-100, AI Agent Builder Associate).
• Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft 365 architecture space.
