Job Description

As the Party Manager your work is mostly performed in remote locations, such as hotels, motels or camps. Your work day typically is 12 to 14 hours and on rotation. You will report to the Operations Supervisor with your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Your 3-4 years’ experience with managing, coaching and leading along with strong technical background in field related seismic work will be required to take a hands on role, providing leadership and direction to crew personnel of approximately 25 – 50 personnel. Your knowledge and experience exhibiting, implementing, and promoting safe behaviors will allow you to take responsibility for production, environmental and legislative obligations in a safe and cost efficient manner. You must be legally entitled to work in the region applying for and willing to travel.
