Job summary

Apex Entertainment Marlborough is seeking energetic Party Hosts to lead birthday celebrations and group events. You will set up party rooms, coordinate activities, and ensure every guest leaves smiling.

The role requires a positive, outgoing personality, ability to be on your feet for long shifts, and weekend/holiday availability. Experience in events or hospitality is a plus; training is provided and free attractions are part of the perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to be on your feet and active for 4-10 hours.
• Flexible availability, especially weekends and holidays.
• Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Comfortable working with kids and guests of all ages.

If you're passionate about creating fun, engaging experiences for guests of all ages - we want you on our team.

Position Overview

As a Party Host, you'll play a key role in bringing joy, excitement, and energy to every celebration. From setting up festive party rooms to coordinating activities and making every guest feel special, you'll be the heart of the party and the reason guests return for more fun.

Key Responsibilities

Party Prep

• Set up party rooms with supplies, decorations, and a festive atmosphere
• Welcome birthday families and guests with enthusiasm and warmth
• Escort the party group to their designated space and explain what to expect
• Keep children engaged with fun activities while waiting for other guests to arrive

Party Execution

• Review the party itinerary with the parent or guardian to ensure a smooth event
• Personalize the party experience with special requests or themed details
• Coordinate food, drinks, and cake service at the right moments
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the celebration
• Engage with guests of all ages, creating a fun and friendly vibe
• Keep the party running on time and help guide transitions between activities

After-Party Wrap-Up

• Assist guests with gathering belongings and packing up gifts
• Thank guests warmly and invite them back for more Apex fun
• Reset and clean the party room, ensuring it's ready for the next celebration
• Restock supplies and prep attractions for upcoming events

What We're Looking For:

Salary

Salary: $15.00 per hour
