Description

Our Party Hosts are responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their event by providing excellent service and support. They will report to the Theater Director.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Have experience in cast and crew roles, proficient in floor duties and concessions procedures.
  • Be welcoming and hospitable to guests, ensuring they are well taken care of throughout their event.
  • Set up events, including cleaning, stocking, catering setup, audiovisual setup, decorating, prepping food, and cleaning up afterward.
  • Be knowledgeable about the theater’s amenities and services to assist guests effectively.
  • When no events are scheduled, may be scheduled for cast and crew shifts.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in theater, restaurant, bar, or entertainment operations, with proven success preferred.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and late nights.

  • Self-directed with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Strong work ethic, organization, attention to detail, integrity, and dependability.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
