• Serve food, drinks, and cake while ensuring the party stays on schedule.
• Lead birthday celebrations and create a fun, memorable experience for every child.
• Clean and reset party rooms quickly between events.
• Communicate with parents throughout the event to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Assist with gifts, decorations, and party supplies as needed.
• Continually clean and sanitize the playground, café seating, restrooms, party rooms, and common areas when not hosting parties.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain a clean environment.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Immediately report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Greet guests and assist families as needed.

The Party Host & Facility Attendant is responsible for creating unforgettable birthday party experiences while ensuring the playground remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the day. When not hosting parties, this role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, outgoing, and passionate about serving children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Birthday Party Host

• Welcome birthday families and guests with enthusiasm.
• Set up party rooms according to company standards.
• Coordinate the party timeline from arrival through departure.
• Serve food, drinks, and cake while ensuring the party stays on schedule.
• Lead birthday celebrations and create a fun, memorable experience for every child.
• Clean and reset party rooms quickly between events.
• Communicate with parents throughout the event to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Assist with gifts, decorations, and party supplies as needed.

Playground Cleaning & Facility Care

• When not hosting parties, continuously clean and sanitize the playground, café seating, restrooms, party rooms, and other common areas.
• Sanitize play equipment, toys, tables, and all high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Immediately report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Guest Service

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist families as needed.
• Help answer questions and direct guests throughout the facility.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.

Child Safety

• Help monitor the playground and encourage safe play.
• Politely address unsafe behavior and notify management of any concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and emergency procedures.

Teamwork

• Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist wherever needed to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, event hosting, or food service preferred.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to clean continuously and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and birthday party schedules.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment.
