Position Overview

The Party Deck/Catering Attendant is responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up in club areas during special events and party deck caterings at WooSox games and other events as needed. This role offers an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.

About Polar Park

Polar Park is a baseball stadium in Worcester, Massachusetts, home to the Worcester Red Sox, a Triple-A Minor League Baseball team affiliated with the Boston Red Sox.

Responsibilities

• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service at all events, maintaining premium standards.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Maintain friendly, professional contact with guests, anticipating their needs.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue.
• Manage inventory for stations.
• Keep event areas tidy and organized.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service areas.
• Work independently during slower periods.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Relevant experience may substitute educational requirements.
• 1-2 years of experience in catering, events, food & beverage, or customer service preferred.
