About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional voice & piano instructor to teach part-time at our Orange County, CA school, The Inside Voice. We have locations in Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Orange, CA. Instructors will teach IN PERSON!

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours, but consistency is appreciated by students and staff. Preference will be given to candidates with greater availability, especially weekday afternoons/evenings. Ability to teach other instruments, especially beginner piano, is a plus. The instructor will take on an existing schedule of students on Mondays and Thursdays at our Orange location and Wednesdays at our Costa Mesa location.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background, evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent experience. A love of teaching, experience with young musicians, punctuality, reliable transportation, and passing a routine background check are required.

Instructor pay ranges from $31-$35/hour, depending on experience. A 401(K) with employer matching is available after 90 days. Health benefits are also available for part- and full-time employees.
