Job summary

Williamstown Bank is seeking a Part-Time Teller for the Williamstown Office. You will greet customers, process deposits, loan payments, and cash checks at the counter or ITMs, delivering friendly service to build trust and meet banking needs.

You will balance cash, apply basic math, learn product offerings, and grow relationships while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and punctuality. Schedule includes weekday mornings/afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling experience or more
• Able to pass a background check
• Basic math and computer skills
• Professional appearance and courteous manner
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy
• Exceptional time management and customer service skills
• Schedule includes early morning or afternoons Mon–Fri and Saturday mornings

Job Summary

As a customer care teller, you are the face of Williamstown Bank. You will greet and assist customers with processing their deposits, loan payments, and cash checks whether at the counter or one of our ITM’s. You will pro-actively meet the customer’s financial needs through relationship building, focus on developing trust with customers to uncover, identify, and deliver products and services to satisfy their financial needs while exceeding their expectations. As a customer care teller, you will be exposed to a solid foundation to launch your banking career. You will be provided opportunities to develop your skills in building relationships with customers but also learn about the different areas of banking.
