Part-time San Antonio Texas Family Law Attorney Needed - $150.00/hour
Requirements:
- Texas-licensed attorney in good standing with NO disciplinary history in ANY state.
- Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases.
- Minimum of 3 years’ family law experience; strong knowledge of Texas family law procedures and court rules; trial experience is required. Must be able to take lead attorney role in contested and uncontested divorce cases, custody disputes, and other types of family law cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.
- Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.
- Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of San Antonio, and is able to meet with clients in the respective area if needed. If the candidate has an office in their area and can meet with clients there, if needed, this will be considered a strong bonus if all other criteria are met.
Duties:
- The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of family law matters for a diverse population of clients.
- No minimum billed-hours requirement.
- Must be able to work remotely.
- Knowledge of Clio legal software and Math4Law a plus.
- Additional practice areas may be available for work: estate planning, criminal law, general civil litigation, immigration, bankruptcy, and others.
