Our client's mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, they have been revolutionizing the real estate industry with their end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

They are currently seeking a temporary Project Manager in Sales to join their Los Angeles office!

Position details:

  • Target start date: Immediate!
  • Hours/week: approximately 29
  • Pay range: $40-$41/hour

What you'll do:

  • Identify, lead, and execute programs that optimize and improve agent service and engagement in Southern California and Hawaii, collaborating with functional leaders and driving company priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional agent-first initiatives, partnering across departments (Marketing, AEM, Sales Managers) to ensure proper cadence and prioritization.
  • SPOA for Sales Meeting, Workshop coordination, agent education calendar management, and weekly SM product content.
  • Help drive key initiatives both locally and nationally, including product and program launches, business building initiatives, and agent-facing communications.
  • Manage activity/resource planning, organize and motivate the AEM team, analyze/manage project risks, monitor progress, and handle reports and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure regular tracking and reporting of regional projects.
  • Perform other AEM and Agent Facing tasks as needed.
  • Manage a cross-functional content calendar for all Agent-facing initiatives, including national and local projects, efficiency tactics, process updates, and major product and productivity updates.
  • SPOAs for Productivity initiatives (e.g., Concierge, Bridge Loans) and all Product Launches [GTM].

Qualifications:

  • High drive and experience with Excel.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and numbers.
