What You'll Do:

Apply fertilizers and weed/insect control using safe, effective techniques

Identify common lawn issues and recommend solutions

Drive a company vehicle to job sites

Communicate with customers about their lawn treatments

Keep equipment clean and organized

What You’ll Need:

Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication and reliability

Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Comfortable using ladders (up to second-story rooflines) for seasonal lighting tasks

Experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!
