THE SKATESIDE in the Inglewood area is seeking a part-time in-home tutor to support two children, ages 11 and 8, with their existing curriculum. You will guide schoolwork, explain concepts, and keep sessions engaging with active, age-appropriate activities after study time. A learning environment that is structured, reliable, and fun is essential.

You should be patient, energetic, and able to motivate independent learning while making learning enjoyable and interactive for both children.

PART-TIME IN-HOME TUTOR / HOMESCHOOL SUPPORT – INGLEWOOD AREA

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, friendly, and patient tutor to work with our two children, ages 11 and 8, in our home in the Inglewood area.

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, approximately 3–4 hours per day Pay: $25/hour

Our children already have an established curriculum, so we are not looking for someone to create lesson plans. We need someone who can guide them through their schoolwork, explain concepts when needed, keep them focused and organized, and make their learning days enjoyable.

We also want this to be more than just sitting at a desk! Once schoolwork is completed, we’d love someone who enjoys incorporating fun, educational, and active activities into their time together.
