You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. This is a part-time position (hours may vary) and must be available for evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities:
  1. Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  2. Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information.
  3. Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
  4. Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct.
  5. Field customer complaints when necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
  2. Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  4. At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
  5. Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent.
