The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a dependable Part-Time Float Teacher for our afternoon team in East Brunswick, NJ. You will support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms during the busiest part of the day, helping ensure every child receives quality care and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include assisting Lead Teachers, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, supervising activities, and upholding licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with young children in childcare, daycare, preschool, or school setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a dependable and energetic Part‑Time Float Teacher to join our afternoon team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and loves working with children of different ages.

As a Float Teacher, you’ll support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms during the busiest part of the day, helping ensure every child receives exceptional care and every classroom runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide classroom support for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs as needed
• Assist Lead Teachers with learning activities, transitions, playground time, and end‑of‑day routines
