Job summary

The Learning Experience - East Brunswick in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Part-Time Float Teacher to work 2:30 PM–6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This role provides classroom support across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs and offers opportunities for advancement.

You will assist Lead Teachers, create a safe learning environment, supervise children, and help with transitions and end-of-day routines. Previous childcare experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or school setting preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working with multiple age groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Location: The Learning Experience - East Brunswick, NJ

Pay: $17-$18 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Float Teacher to join our afternoon team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and loves working with children of different ages.
