Qualifications

• Current group fitness or personal training certification.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Ability to coach members of all fitness levels and lead groups.

• Comfortable speaking to and leading groups.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous group fitness or HIIT coaching experience preferred (but not required—training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, 1-hour Orangetheory group fitness classes.
• Provide clear instruction, exercise modifications, and form corrections.
• Monitor heart-rate technology and encourage members to stay within target zones.
• Ensure member safety at all times.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and results-driven studio environment.
• Ensure member safety at all times.
• Assist with member retention by building strong coach-member relationships.
• Arrive 30 minutes early to prepare the studio and stay after class as needed.
• Support studio events, challenges, and promotions as requested.

Skills
