Qualifications
Current group fitness or personal training certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent).
CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before start date.
Previous group fitness or HIIT coaching experience preferred (but not required—training provided).
Responsibilities
Lead high-energy, 1-hour Orangetheory group fitness classes.
Coach and motivate members through treadmill, rowing, and strength training blocks.
Provide clear instruction, exercise modifications, and form corrections.
Monitor heart-rate technology and encourage members to stay within target zones.
Create a positive, inclusive, and results-driven studio environment.
Ensure member safety at all times.
Assist with member retention by building strong coach-member relationships.
Support studio events, challenges, and promotions as requested.
