Organizational Improvements: Proactively suggest and implement systems to improve storage, access, and equipment management.

What You’ll Need:

Valid CDL (required to drive dump trucks)

Experience operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter mentality—you’ll take ownership of the yard and warehouse

Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Comfort working independently with occasional interaction with crews

Bonus if You Have:

Previous warehouse or yard manager experience

Familiarity with basic inventory management software or willingness to learn

Mechanical inclination or background
