THE GIG

We\'re seeking a Business & Client Coordinator to help streamline our class and business operations. Applicants should be detail oriented, responsive, and have access to a desktop/laptop computer (and reliable wifi), as parts of this role cannot be executed using solely a mobile device. If you\'re a self-starter who loves connecting with people, thrives in a process-driven environment, and checks the boxes below… we want to meet you!

  • Familiar with Slack/Teams and booking software (bonus if you\'ve used Mindbody)
  • Customer service and/or sales experience a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES

You\'ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly and our clients connected! Responsibilities include:

  • Posting daily tip updates in our Slack channel for each class (at least one hour before class)
  • Sending day-of-text reminders for first-time clients using our templated system (at least three hours before the class time)
  • Ensuring staff submit monthly availability by the 15th for the next month
  • Working in-studio as a Membership Sales Host 3–5 times per month ($15/class) Presenting membership options to new clients and onboarding new members.
  • Ensure the Membership Sales team submits timely post-class reports
  • Tracking and celebrating member milestones (we\'ll show you how to do this in MindBody)
  • Reach out to members who have been absent from class for a long period of time to provide opportunities to get them connected to the community
TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION

We anticipate the Business & Client Coordinator working between 4 - 5 hours per week. Working hours will be mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the Franchise Owners. This position will be paid monthly at $300/mo USD as an independent 1099 contractor. In addition to the monthly stipend + bonuses, you will also receive:
