Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Pool Operators Certificate holders will be prioritized Qualifications: • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Compensation: $18 - $20.50 hourly
