Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:

1. Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service
2. Set up service stations and ensure bussing of stations throughout the shift
3. Assist bartenders with maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, re-stocking ice, and food service
4. Assist servers with food service, bussing, maintaining stocks, and clean glassware
5. Have full knowledge of Food & Beverage menus and offerings
6. Create a welcoming atmosphere
7. Assist with guest inquiries
8. Review daily reports, arrivals, VIPs, and groups in house
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Your Experience and Skills Include:

• Previous Food & Beverage experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
• Focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Weekend availability is required
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently
