Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Parts Handler to perform daily yard and warehouse tasks in our Tennessee facility. The role includes retrieving and packaging parts, processing related paperwork, and ensuring safe handling of components.

You will use hand and power tools, and may operate a forklift or order picker as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork, with strong emphasis on standard procedures and clear communication with Sales and Dispatch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred knowledge of automotive parts.
• Math skills to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow clear directions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find/Retrieve parts and package for delivery or prep.
• Handle paperwork involved with parts and pull work orders.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars.
• Operate a forklift or order picker.
• Tag all parts properly for destination.
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
