Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Parts Handler to join our production yard or warehouse team in Alabama. You will perform day-to-day parts retrieval, packaging, and paperwork preparation, while following safety guidelines and procedures.

The role requires basic math, ability to operate hand and power tools, and the use of a forklift or order picker when required. A high school diploma or GED is required, with knowledge of automotive parts preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read simple documents.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.
• Find and retrieve parts and package them for delivery.
• Pull work orders and prep paperwork for shipments.
• Operate a forklift or order picker when required.
• Tag parts and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Communicate with Sales and Dispatch as needed.
