Velocity Vehicle Group in Tolleson, AZ is hiring a Parts Will Call Associate to accurately select warehouse items, prepare will call orders, and keep showroom floors stocked with clearly labeled items.

You will receive assignments from Customer Service, verify orders against invoices, assist with loading for customers, operate equipment safely, and maintain a neat, safe showroom.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($18–$19/hour), a bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive order assignments from Customer Service associates.
• Restock and price showroom floor with labels facing out.
• Check orders against invoices to ensure orders fill completely.
• Assist with loading of orders for customers at loading area.
• Operate equipment safely, and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain a neat appearance and manner at all times while on the job.
• Perform show room clean-up activities.
• Perform other related duties.
• Perform light sanitation duties as assigned.
