Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group in Tolleson, AZ is looking for a Parts Warehouse Person to prepare and fulfill warehouse orders, pull materials, and coordinate delivery routes. You’ll work with drivers, process invoices, and maintain inventory accuracy.

This on-site position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18–$19, plus a bonus incentive plan and full benefits, including 401(k) with match and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must present and communicate in a professional manner.

• Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
• Pulls materials and parts and places orders in delivery area.
• Prepares invoices for parts orders.
• Interacts with drivers.
• Organize drivers’ routes according to filled orders.
• Processes all invoices received from drivers.
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles stock counts with reports.
• Receives, unpacks and delivers goods and restocks items as necessary.
• Processes and documents returns following procedures.
• Maintains current inventory levels and monitors inventories.
• Processes purchasing orders as required.
• Performs routine housekeeping to keep area clean and organized.
