Job summary

TOPS Staffing currently has an entry level manufacturing opportunity in the Irwin area. This daylight shift is Mon-Thu, 6am to 4:30pm, with Friday overtime on a regular basis.

In this role you will dip and soak parts in a series of baths to clean and degrease them before they continue in our production process. Training will be provided to help you succeed.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with overtime Fridays and a steady weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill/ drain wash sinks or tubs.
• Use of degreasing chemicals/ soaps.
• Wipe and scrub parts to dry and remove dirt and oil.
• Move parts between machine shop and wash area using wheeled carts.
• General clean up of work area.

TOPS Staffing currently has an entry level manufacturing opportunity with a client in the Irwin area. This is a daylight shift position offering a steady work schedule Monday to Thursday. In this position you will use a series of baths to clean newly manufactured parts coming out of our machine shop. This will involve dipping/ soaking parts in a series of baths which helps clean and degrease the parts before they continue on in our production process. We will provide training for this position. Job Details: Daylight shift – 6am to 4:30pm - 10hr shifts Monday to Thursday schedule, overtime of Friday on a pretty regular basis. Starting Pay rate = $20 per hour.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Fill/ Drain wash sinks/tubs
• Use of degreasing chemicals/ soaps
• Wipe/scrub parts to dry and remove dirt and oil
• Light material handling/ moving parts from machine shop to wash area, usually done using wheeled carts.
• General clean up of work area

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior manufacturing or construction experience
• Prior material handling experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing
• Repetitive lifting, bending, carrying
