Velocity Vehicle Group is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate / Administrative Support to help run daily warehouse operations and provide administrative support to the Parts Department. You will handle parts receipts, organization, and data entry while delivering excellent service to internal teams and external customers.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to balance physical warehouse tasks with clerical duties in a busy trucking and dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory or admin experience preferred.
• Experience in trucking, transportation, automotive, heavy-equipment, or dealership industry preferred.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn parts-catalog, inventory-management, and dealership-management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming parts against orders.
• Label, organize, stock, and store parts.
• Process related paperwork including returns and vendor documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and enter transactions in the system.
• Assist with office tasks, inquiries, and coordinating with vendors.
