Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate / Administrative Support to back daily warehouse operations and provide admin support to the Parts Department. You will receive, organize, store, and distribute truck and trailer parts, maintain inventory records, and handle related documentation in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, parts, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in the commercial trucking/auto/dealership industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory-control practices.
• Strong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to learn parts-catalog, inventory-management, and dealership-management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming parts and materials.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, or backordered items.
• Label, organize, stock, and store parts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for internal departments, customers, shipping, or delivery.
• Assist Parts Counter, Service, and Fleet personnel with locating and issuing parts.
• Process parts returns, warranty items, cores, and vendor returns.
