Job summary

Altorfer Cat is hiring for a warehouse position within the Parts Department. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, hose assembly, inventory storage, and order picking. You will complete paperwork and data entry, pull customer orders, and deliver parts using a company pickup truck.

Qualifications include prior warehouse experience, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Some overtime and occasional local travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record; minor violations limited in past years.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, e‑mail, verbal) are necessary.
• Computer knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping/receiving, hose assembly, inventory storage, and order picking for the Parts Department.
• Complete required paperwork and computer data entry.
• Pull orders and assist customers and shop personnel.
• Deliver parts in company pickup truck to customers and store locations.
• Look up part numbers in equipment parts books or online resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lift truck experience is desired (training available).
• Must work with minimal supervision and maintain safety procedures.
