Job summary

Warren CAT in Dalhart, TX, seeks a Parts Warehouse Associate I to support daily warehouse functions, ensure inventory integrity, and provide customer-focused service. You will participate in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining high safety and accuracy standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to process, and efficient handling of parts orders to keep customers up and running. Training and certifications may be provided for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 2 years in warehouse/logistics or related field preferred.
• Ability to work fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory processes, shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level internal and external customer service with timely, accurate support.
• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and customer will-call support.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, storage, and cycle count participation.
• Support operational efficiency by meeting productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in processing cores, returns, hose fabrication, and shipping documentation with quality and compliance focus.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per 6S standards.
• Communicate with leadership, drivers, technicians, and other departments to ensure workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse organization and processes.
• Assist with special projects and inventory activities as assigned.
