Alta Equipment Company is seeking a full-time Parts Warehouse Specialist for our Cranberry, PA location. The role focuses on selling and providing parts to customers and technicians, pulling and packing parts for delivery, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

The position requires a minimum of one year in a parts counter role and a high school diploma or GED. Forklift experience and proficiency with Epicor/Silk and MS Office are a plus, along with a valid driver's license and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• One year of heavy equipment, auto or truck parts counter experience desired.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Basic mechanical understanding with ability to identify parts by sight/name.
• Excellent communication and professionalism required.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Forklift operation and hydraulic hose making preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Epicor/Silk, and vendor portals.
• Reading/writing and math skills at basic level.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Sell parts and assist customers and technicians.
• Pull, package and deliver parts.
• Assist customers/technicians in locating the correct parts.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and correct.
• Pick up from vendors or transfer between Alta facilities.
• Check in, unpack and store parts properly.
• Prepare parts for delivery via shipping vendors.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery.
• Maintain department order and cleanliness.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• Follow Alta guiding principles in daily duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to consistent, reliable attendance at start times.
