Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in shipping and familiarity with bills of lading.
• Packaging skills to protect materials during transit.
• General parts knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a warehouse forklift.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and ship material per shipping documents.
• Maintain warehouse, stock bins, cycle counts and location upkeep.
• Process vendor returns, cores and backorders per procedures.
• Ensure cash sales are paid or collected on delivery.
• Attach proper paperwork for warranty returns before routing.
• Guide warehouse team and escalate issues to management.
