The largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opening for a Parts Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our team of established parts professionals.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse Worker will excel in clerical and warehouse operations, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and providing strong customer service
• Safely operating a forklift and handling freight deliveries
• Picking, putting away, and delivering parts accurately to designated areas
• Managing shipping, receiving, and freight processes
• Fabricating hoses and inspecting cores and warranties
• Understanding inventory control principles
• Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Communicating effectively in writing and verbally
• Demonstrating mechanical aptitude
• Using MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level
• Learning new software such as Warrtrack and SIB requests
• Resolving problems and making sound decisions
• Handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Working independently and performing additional tasks as needed
• Working overtime as required
• Familiarity with product lines is a plus
• Maintaining professional behavior aligned with Cleveland Brothers' values

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
• Experience in customer service within a mechanical/parts environment is preferred
• Relevant education, skills, and experience will be considered
