Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Salem, Oregon. You will check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment, receive inventory, and input data into our systems while supporting warranty tracking and parts organization.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of related experience; a valid drivers license and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more related experience and/or training.
• One year or more of related experience and/or training; dealership environment preferred.
• Certification as a forklift operator or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Receive incoming merchandise from suppliers.
• Input information into the computer and files as required.
• Assist with core inspection and warranty tracking.
• Stock, maintain, locate parts in proper bins and mark products.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Stay current on company product line.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
