Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment, receive incoming items, and maintain accurate records for core inspections and warranty tracking.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Forklift certification and dealership experience are preferred. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are available at Premier Truck Group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a dealership environment preferred; one year or more of related experience and/or training.
• Licenses or Certificates: A valid driver's license is required; forklift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Receive incoming merchandise from suppliers.
• Input information into the computer and files as required.
• Assist with core inspection and warranty tracking.
• Pull, organize, and log orders for ship out or delivery as required.
• Stock, maintain, locate parts in proper bins and mark products.
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from customers.
• Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers' needs.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Responsible for care of equipment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures not to exclude safety regulations.
• Abide by security procedures.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Stay current on company product line.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
