Full Time Parts Warehouse Associate - Fowler Toyota Norman

Fowler Automotive has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Parts Warehouse Associate. This position will work with the parts manager and warehouse manager to ensure proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities
  • Stock incoming orders and assign bin locations for all new parts daily
  • Pick parts for counter salesmen
  • Check in returned parts, review invoices, locate, and restock them
  • Assist in pulling, boxing, labeling, and preparing paperwork for ship-outs
  • Help prepare for and perform annual parts inventory
  • Assist with annual parts returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts area
  • Assist parts drivers with pulling parts for deliveries
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Take orders for pick-ups or deliveries confidently
  • Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
  • Unload trucks nightly, handle paperwork, and return cash or checks with proper invoices to the cashier
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR
  • Professional communication with customers
  • Ability to operate a vehicle in heavy traffic and drive up to 250 miles per day
  • Courteous and professional driving, obeying traffic laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent

Physical Demands:

Must regularly stand, walk, handle objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear; occasionally sit, climb, or balance. Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally over 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively to individuals or groups.

Compensation:

Based on experience, highly competitive.
