Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A technical school diploma in parts operations or equivalent warehousing experience
• Experience in warehousing in a distribution business

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe manner adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
• Parts sales order picking, packing and shipping
• Accurate and timely receiving of emergency and stock parts orders from vendors
• Conducts physical inventory counts in coordination with inventory control and parts management
• Operates company vehicles as directed; must have Class C license
• Creates and assembles hydraulic hoses per specifications
• Adheres to Parts Department policies and procedures
• Maintains high employee morale and provides a superior customer experience
• Maintains parts and service department, sales and customer relations
