Velocity Vehicle Group in Fontana, CA is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm). The role focuses on preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders, processing supply orders, pulling materials, and coordinating with drivers to plan efficient routes.

You will maintain inventory accuracy with counts and reports, receive, unpack and deliver goods, restock items, and process returns, all while keeping a clean, safe workspace and following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
• Pulls materials and parts and places orders in the delivery area.
• Prepares invoices for parts orders.
• Interacts with drivers to coordinate deliveries.
• Organizes drivers’ routes according to filled orders.
• Processes all invoices received from drivers.
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles with reports.
• Receives, unpacks and delivers goods; restocks items as necessary.
• Processes and documents returns according to procedures.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
• Processes purchasing orders as required.
• Performs routine housekeeping to keep area clean and organized.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and orderly shelves.
